Cheesecake Monday is our monthly test kitchen. While many months feature an all-new flavor, it’s also where we experiment with the craft of cheesecake itself. Sometimes that means testing a new mixing technique, baking multiple cheesecakes at once, fine-tuning baking times, trying a different slicing method, or finding a new way to present our cheesecakes.
Because of that, you may occasionally see a favorite flavor return. That’s intentional.
